Deep-Sea Privacy Charter
Last updated: June 2025
Under the Sea stays in the sea. No data surfaces from your play session. Here is our full account of what stays submerged and what doesn't.
What we dredge up
Nothing personal. Under the Sea does not request, collect, or retain your name, location, device ID, or any identifier.
Current readings (server logs)
Like sonar pings, our servers may automatically record: your browser type, device category, and an anonymised IP fragment. These readings are used solely to monitor performance and are not retained long-term.
No trawling nets (trackers)
We deploy no advertising cookies, no behavioural tracking scripts, and no third-party analytics nets. The ocean floor here is clean.
The lighthouse keeper (Google Fonts)
Fonts arrive from Google Fonts via a standard browser request that may include your IP. Google operates that lighthouse — their privacy policy covers those waters.
Young divers
Under the Sea is peaceful and all-ages. No violence, no gambling, no content restrictions. We collect nothing from any player, young or old.
Charter revisions
We may update this charter as needed. The date above marks the current edition. Continued diving after an update means you accept the changes.
